I was born in Puerto Rico and later moved to California, where I resided for the majority of my life. In 2001, I made the decision to relocate to Arizona. My son and I share a competitive mindset and a passion for nutrition, which led us to establish this business together. Our goal is to assist individuals, athletes, and everyday Americans in achieving their fitness goals.

Throughout the years, I have achieved numerous goals by maintaining a relentless determination and unwavering focus on success.

I grew up in Queen Creek, Arizona and went to Casteel High School. I’ve always been involved in sports growing up. I played football and I ran track in high school and walked away with a state championship in track my senior year. Now I am a business management major with a minor in entrepreneurship going into my junior year at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. I also play football here at Concordia and am a defensive back. And yes, the weather difference is pretty opposite but, I like to tell myself that my defense coordinator is just good at recruiting to be able to get me to live up in negative twenty degree weather in the winters.
